Historical	Her son, Leon, was appointed as a public vaccinator on August 13, 1938. He lost his job in August 1941 after he was charged with passing off a fake prescription for morphine. The prescription had been signed by Dr. Sig Ramler. In his defence, Leon said the morphine was for his mother who was “suffering from a painful ailment”. She died a few months later.
