Historical	Married on November 30, 1915 in Hamburg, Germany. According to the 1941 jurors’ list, he was a merchant with Consolidated Trading Company Ltd, located at 23 Carnarvon Road in TST. Did he die in the defense of Hong Kong? Erna left Shanghai for England in 1946 so perhaps she was living there during the war. She died on May 14, 1979 at age 89. She’s buried in a potter’s field at the Hart Island Cemetery in the Bronx.
